"The only reason I am still going here is because of my doctor. She is amazing! However, calling into the office to get an appointment or a Rx refill is absolutely garbage! I had an MRI for my back scheduled and the office did not follow up with the insurance company for approval and they had to cancel my appointment. Tried calling Silver Pine with my insurance rep on the line to get an emergency approval and still no answer after 50 min. I have emailed Silver Pine to make them aware of the issue and never received a courtesy call or email back. This is not the place you want to go if you’re looking for good customer service!"

"I do really love my doctor here but there is absolutely no reason why you need to wait over 30 minutes on the phone to speak to a receptionist to schedule an appt or to speak to a medical assistant. That is absolutely insane and no excuse for it. Oh but when they need their money, they will be sure to let you know ASAP."

"Just make sure you get on them like crazy after thier past clients have long since died! Otherwise, they will still hurrass you to death even 6 years after the loudly announced death of thier clients! Clearly this company is so money focused that they can't even gift peace to the family of thier long dead clients!!!!"

"The recpetionists are rude half the time Dr is always in a rush Dont seem capable of faxing important paperwork to other offices Poor care. Ex: Went in for my finger being bent, twisted and in pain. Told me nothing was wrong with it. If youve run out of scripts, no one tells you. They just let you run out. I went thru the script fill process [literally just an answering machine]. Didnt hear anything. So i called back after 2 days. Said they would tell the Dr I need my script. Once again didnt hear back. Next day i went thru the script refill process again. A week later, still nothing. Ive given this place entirely too many chances and Im done. If this is how i did my job, id be fired"

"Dr. Salem and her whole team have been wonderful. Her MA's are so pleasant to talk to and really are a huge help. They got me a same day appointment within the hour of calling. Dr. Salem really does listen to you and is there to help. This primary has really surprised me with how efficient they are. She did for me in a couple of hour what my specialist couldn't in two months."
