"I have never had an issue with the doctor but the front desk staff is a whole different story. Usually you aren't greeted, very rude on the phone and have been hung up on twice in the last few months, when I call back to inquire about my last visit and how it was billed or where they sent my labs too. They need to learn how to be professional!! Won't be returning here again."

Thought maybe I should go to the ER but Dr. Mohammed was great and helped me in every way got me medicine made me feel better instantly I’m super thankful. Also very nice and clean environment. Was also really time efficient. I don’t even think I was there longer than an hour even with swab test so thank you!"

"The wait was about 30 minutes, but I expected this as there were about 6 patients ahead of us. Dr. Al-Jarrah was so kind, compassionate, and knowledgable. He answered question after question that I had with patience and grace. I don’t usually have that experience at urgent cares as they are usually in a rush to get people in and out. And it happens to be New Years Eve so you’d expect that demeanor from any doctor when you have to work on a day of celebration, but he remained professional and treated my autistic daughter with extreme care. Thank you!"

"This was the worst urgent care experience I’ve ever had. I wasn’t greeted for 30 mins, until I asked if there were any papers I needed filled out they didn’t even know I was there. I waited almost 90 mins in total in the waiting room with a 101 fever. The room I was brought into had open wrappers from the previous patient. When I got to the pharmacy they wouldn’t fill my prescription because the Dr. didn’t fill the script correctly. I had to wait another half hour with a fever at the pharmacy. I will never return and highly suggest others to seek another urgent care when needing care."

"This is definitely my go to place for all my medical needs for me and my family. We been going here for a few years now. You can expect a quick visit but a thorough one. Sue is a wonderful nurse and a compassionate one at that. She always makes us feel comfortable and never rushed. The receptionist is also nice. The Dr. also knows what he's doing because he treats but never over treats! Keep up the good work Sterling Heights Urgent Care!"
