"My experience was okay here. I will say once I was leaving, the front desk staff did not acknowledge or speak to me which I thought was disrespectful. There also was someone in the back waiting room who appeared very sick that was coughing and sneezing repeatedly so that made me feel uncomfortable. Im also not sure if the medical assistant was training, but that process seemed unprofessional as she didnt know what to do/where things were. Although some staff were pleasant, I probably wouldn’t recommend."
"Traveled from Ohio to receive services. I was very nervous but both Dr. Smith and all the girls made me feel very comfortable from start to finish. Dr. Smith used great techniques before and during the procedure to assure I wasn’t afraid or anxious. If I ever need services again I would definitely come back and I definitely recommend to others!! Affordable as well."
"Had the first of my two day appointment yesterday. While I was sure of my decision, I was still quite nervous. Every single one of the staff members maybe have been the nicest people I’ve interacted with in months. They were all very supportive and kind. The building location is also very well thought out. The entrance is in the back where you park so there is not interaction with people standing around outside if you don’t want. Very private!"
