"Despite having successful procedures in the past, I was profoundly disappointed today by Allure Medical. After fifteen minutes of silence in the initial waiting area, I was escorted to an inner windowless room where I languished for another 45 minutes, growing increasingly frustrated with each passing minute. I had not so much as a whisper of communication from anyone. I was finally able to track down a support staff member and kindly asked how long it might be before I could be seen. To her credit, she honestly told me that there were still multiple people ahead of me, as there was only a single provider available today. While I appreciated the honesty, the utter absence of proactive communication from the staff is inexcusable. Notably, I was exactly on time for my appointment. If I had been notified that only a single provider was available today, I would have rescheduled, and Allure Medical would not have permanently lost a customer. Allure Medical callously squandered my time, money, and effort on this Saturday. I had meticulously planned my day, sacrificing both time off from work and hard-earned cash for a service that was never to be rendered. The irony of investing in self-care only to be met with such disregard for my time and well-being is not lost on me. I spent two potential work hours driving back and forth from Allure Medical, an additional hour waiting in their facility, and I wasn't even able to get my procedure due to not knowing how long it would take to be seen. Why would I wait for an indeterminate period of time in the face of no communication? Allure Medical needs to make some substantial changes. My experience fell far short of the standards one would expect from a reputable establishment. The lateness and poor management reflects poorly on Allure Medical's organizational efficiency, and I felt utterly disrespected. Allure Medical needs to optimize their staffing levels, enhance scheduling protocols, and make it standard to provide clients with realistic estimations of wait times upon arrival. Effective communication is paramount in fostering positive client relations. Allure Medical Spa's failure to notify clients of potential delays exacerbates frustration and erodes trust. For the love of god, institute a proactive communication system, such as sending timely updates via text or email. This would at least help to mitigate dissatisfaction and demonstrate a commitment to transparency and accountability. Stop sending the canned messages that are inaccurate and not tethered to the real-time operation of the business. If providers call in sick, NOTIFY THE CLIENTS, PLEASE. Don't bring clients in to wait in seething silence, as I did. Acknowledge lapses in service delivery, please. Extend genuine apologies, and make some effort at smoothing over customer grievances. A simple gesture of goodwill, such as offering a substantial discount on future services or complimentary add-ons during subsequent visits can help rebuild rapport with clients. This won't work with me, as my rapport with Allure Medical is now non-existent, but if Allure Medical wants to turn it around, I highly suggest a re-examination of standard operating procedures specifically related to scheduling and communication. I hope my review prevents others from experiencing colossal wastes of time. Strive to do better, Allure Medical Spa of Livonia."

"The entire experience was wonderful!! Hazel was absolutely amazing. She was knowledgeable, insightful, honest and made a package that fit my needs and budget. She is super personable, calmed my nerves, and answered all my questions. I will absolutely be back. Highly recommend!!"

"Ok… I initially wasn’t happy having to leave work early just to get there and listen to a sales pitch for 20 minutes, but for years I went to plastic surgeons for Botox, filler.. the best all mentioned in New Beauty magazine… Birmingham, Ann Arbor, I paid top dollar and had good results. Later I tried other places always qualified with mixed results. But I admit..I have never been so happy as I am with Allure. The results are excellent! It didn’t take weeks and everyone tells me I look refreshed.. my skin is good… my face is so smooth and wrinkle free. I got a perfect brow lift. I have NO lines around my eyes. I really recommend this place. Trust them… they are the best I’ve been to… and I’m not new at this."

"This was our second time seeing Jessica, she’s very welcoming and does an excellent job helping to figure out how to best go about achieving what it is you want. We actually came back our second time because we had such a good experience with her and the other girl last time. This time Stephanie helped her out, she was very friendly and did a great job as well. Highly recommend, will be back."

"My phone call this morning was received by an upbeat and kind representative. Once I arrive (to a very clean office) I was professionally greeted. Escorted back to the room by Natasha who introduced herself and explained in detail next steps (always helpful to patient) Hazel and Jessica are the reason I return.
