"Nurse Carmen A++++. She has amazing bedside manners. She engages with you. She’s pleasant and makes you comfortable. Shes perfect and almost did the job for the NP. She advised me on what was coming next while the NP said nothing. Alexandra Agapiou on the other hand…. Awful, just awful. No manners. No care. Not sure if she likes her job or just snubs everyone that comes in there. I’ve been to other minute clinics and know the routine. She skipped steps, questions, and does not address concerns. Please call cvs minute clinic patient care services to file complaints when they do not follow protocol, guidelines or make your visit uncomfortable."

"The lady who took my information was lovely.. the nurse practitioner on the other hand was extremely rude and unhelpful. Complete waste of time and awful interaction. I don’t come to a clinic to be told to take more off the shelf medications. Ive been sick for well over a week. She said if I still don’t feel good make another appointment. I will be getting a second opinion."
