"I take my dad in here. Look I don't have any complain about doctor. Only complain is about front desk. What's the point of appointment when you come before your appointment time and still wait for about 1-2 hour. This is ridiculous. People have other work to do. They ain't got time to sit down for all day. They need to stop doing this. Appointment is appointment. Otherwise, what's the point of appointment."
