Beaumont Medical Building - Dearborn

"Corewell hospital is the worst hospital next to Henry Ford... I had my babies here month ago. They put us in a cold and dust room. I got really sick after having them. After the 48 hours of no one let's us rest because they keep coming in trying us like property's after no sleep the last doctor for my babies came in late to check them for the 1000 time. I told him we where leaving the next day he said if l leave he will call the CPS on me for leaving with my kids.l told him to do what he has told am very educated will not fall for that. Well next day came and l got so sick from som meds they gave me(was suppose to be for pain) l believe they got me sick to keep.me there until they where done with us..There where people yelling for help in the hallway.There where dogs in the hallway..there was so much dad going on l cannot put all of it here. Now when l was sick for 9 days not able to eat or drink anything l had to tell them to give me a iv bag they where so busy trying to get me out the hospital they didn't care at all.Then they try to play it like l was the crazy one for wanting and not leaving until l got better. They send a therapy in my room lucky she had sent to see what was going on.This was the worst experience l ever had here. PLEASE IF U WANT TOLIVE DON'T HAVE YOUR KIDS OR ANYTHING ELSE HERE OR ANY WHERE THAT"

"Absolutely one of the worst and unprofessional medical facilities I’ve ever dealt with in my life. Specifically the front desk receptionists. They have no care what so ever for your situation. After doing an ultrasound and which only takes 3 to 5 business days to reach the office, I waited almost a week and a half for a call back and I got nothing. When I decided to reach out myself I was told that the doctor put in a note for a nurse to give me a call two days prior. They don’t understand that people are dealing with issues and need help but they take their sweet time. Also some of them are very pushy and rude."

"I had a good experience. I walked in & was greeted right away. The woman behind the desk was very nice. I was called back & I let her know right away how nervous I was & didn't know what to expect. I never had a CT scan before. Lisa went way out of her way to make me feel comfortable. She was a godsend. Thank you Lisa for all you do. Thank you for going the extra mile. If I had to complain about anything, it would be the long wait in the waiting room."

"I had a great experience! The ladies at the front desk were very pleasant and professional. They welcomed me as soon as I walked in. I didn't have to wait long to be called back. I'm always nervous whenever I have to have any kind of testing done and Lisa, the ultrasound tech, made me feel comfortable and relaxed. She was very thorough and took the time to make sure that she had gotten a decent view of my insides. I could tell that she really cared about doing an exceptional job. Hopefully I won't have to have any more testing done, but if I do, I'm coming here."
