"This is now the second time in a year I have called to see if I could get in for what I consider a same day appointment ( I work in the medical field so I get it. I wouldn’t call if I didn’t feel I needed it), and they would not let me be seen and told me to go to urgent care if I felt I needed it. How unprofessional. Basically, you better hope you don’t need to be seen for anything other than routine visits if this is your office."

"Spent over 5 hours waiting in urgent care last week, after the receptionist had already given me a hard time and actually discouraging me to come in, when I said I was having a urgent migraine. I saw Dr. Raphael- he spent less than 10 minutes with me, threw Immitrex at me and that’s it. A week later, the immitrex did not help at all, I had to go to urgent care again today at Pine knob and they finally gave me some relief with muscle relaxers for a tension migraine. It is so frustrating seeing doctors that think they know everything, yet you just have to keep suffering until they listen and get it right. Thanks for wasting another week of my life Dr. Raphael!"

"I switched to this office about 3 years ago and it was best thing I could've done. Dr. Jawan Gorgis is a lovely doctor and I recommend everyone I know to go see her. She doesn't rush you out of the room and really take her time to make sure you feel heard as patient. She is kind and intelligent and always answers my questions in way that I can understand. She has addressed every concern I've had and has never made me feel silly for worrying about some things. She's my favorite doctor I've had! I've seen Dr Patel once too and she also was understanding and provided empathic care. Alexia, the medical assistant is also kind and helpful. Kelly at the front desk is amazing."

"I have been seeing Dr. Ohs for a few years now. She and the entire staff here are great! Dr. Ohs is very thoughtful, always willing to explain things and never rushes through our appointments. She genuinely cares about her patients and it shows. The entire staff from the front desk, nurses and Dr. Ohs herself are a pleasure to be around. I cannot recommend Dr. Ohs and Rochester Hills Family Physicians highly enough, they deserve more than 5 stars."

"Dr a Timinsky and Dr Ohs are wonderful but it’s absolutely impossible to get in with either one of them. The other two doctors in the office are nice but they don’t care, they don’t take the time and they don’t listen to you at all. So if you don’t have months on end to wait for an appointment then I highly recommend otherwise go somewhere else. Office staff is friendly but never follows up when they say they will."
