"Not the best place to work. When you start things will seem okay and you’ll be told there trying to make changes to stop the fast turn around. They have employees though with 15+ years there that are aloud to talk to new employees any type of way, micro manage them and also gossip through the office even about things that aren’t true. If your newer to the office you already have to expect to be at the “bottom of the totem pole” but the treatment matches up with that phrase. I had severe anxiety my first few weeks there because I was literally bullied and was trying to be forced out the door every which way I turned by the other MA’s . The office manager will listen to you but that’s just about that, the doctors that run the office aren’t bad doctors but unprofessional in some ways yes. Your appointment will be at 12 but you literally won’t be roomed or seen sometimes untill 3 and then be in the room for 10-20 minutes tops. Or you’ll be there for 4 hours having different tests and scans ran on you that may not even be needed just to up the doctors check. There’s no job security working here, if you have young children you most definitely don’t even want to waste your time listening to the “will work with you” because they will until it starts to become an inconvenience. They will give you a schedule with 8 hours a day on it.. but then after hired in you’ll be told you CANT LEAVE untill the doctor is done so if they are running behind then so are you.. your family has to wait and suffer just to still possibly be let go. Again No stable job security because if you have to make it home after your 8 hour shift or maybe even 9 hour shift you then start to stand out from the rest of the 15+ year employees there with no kids that dedicate their life’s there. BUT you will hear the office manager say “I’m not staying past 4 or 5” EVERYDAY. There constantly hiring and constantly firing, the talk about firing employees is discussed with other employees from management. So privacy isn’t a thing. Other co workers can check your time clock and question you about being there a little early or even why you were late as if they are management and nothing will be done about it because of there seniority there.. but still just another “co worker” . This post isn’t just a talking down post about the establishment it’s a honest post so that not only do patients get to leave a review on the experience but employees/ former employees can also. I was told the day before I left work on a Tuesday that someone else was being fired and If I could help out in another position that would be great and some things would be moved around … the next day I came in to see a doctor at the office on a day given off for the appointment and was let go.. reason being “ he say she say” from those other employees from the beginning of the post ^ , having to leave some days at 5 to go and get my kid from latchkey (after being told that was fine in the beginning), bringing my kid in the office with permission and telling her to sit and not speak to anyone ( because she can’t talk to strangers and I didn’t want her to be disruptive) and a summary of just nit picking.. a week prior I was pulled into the office and told how good I had been doing and to keep up the good work.. I was definitely in shock, the week before that I was at the office managers house getting toys ect for my daughter from her. & I could keep going on and on about how I Just did not see it coming. & I’m left with a family that counts on me to explain this to, no rhyme or real reason of letting me go. Just a sense of knowing since day 1 things were to unstable in this office. I left with no words left to say other then can I get a termination letter to apply for benefits for me and my family. The office manager asked me what did I want it to say and I said that im being terminated with the date on it and as if she didn’t no what it needed to say.. As a single mom once again did not see it coming. But I do not recommend anyone taking this job if your depending on it 95%."

"Dr. Khan has been my family’s pediatrician since I had my oldest son almost 19 years ago....he’s the absolute best and I wouldn’t take my kids to anyone else!! His staff has always been really helpful and nice. Love them all."

"Don't even count that star. This place is horrible. I was prescribed medications that caused serious side effects and the doctor wouldn't even recommend other options. So I started contracting realm bad and fast to The point I could not walk. The doctor decides what medications the patient should take. His favorite word was, " I'm going to keep you on this medication." The manager does not stand by the patients and don't call back on any concerns. It's more to my story. But with this slight information, hopefully it will save someone else life."

"They sent me a letter in the mail for a no show fee of $25 even-though I did not have an appointment with them. Now when I call to resolve the issue, they transfer me to the billing department which is always a voicemail box. After leaving my info, no one contacts me back."
