"Staff is unbelievably rude and condescending. Made appt for Achilles and was forced to put on a mask (October 2022!) or Dr would not see me and was told it was “company policy “ as a dr walked in went into office without one. Decided to stay because I was there and in pain. As the assistant called me back she took me straight to an X-ray before I ever saw a dr or had an exam. When I questioned why I was being x rayed she was extremely annoyed and said “we’ll i don’t know what you are here for” I said exactly, don’t you think I should at least have an exam before X-rays? I turned around and walked out. Do not go here!!"

"To echo several other comments here, this practice is rather arrogant. My appointment with Doctor Husain amounted to an abysmal medical experience. He was dismissive and condescending while I asked questions regarding my potential injury. Doctor Husain instructed me to stop talking when I mentioned that I had conducted some preliminary research on my own before the visit. Then, he shockingly informed me that he "does not have X-ray vision" and randomly accused me of being defensive (at which point I had to manage up and remind him to speak to me in a respectable manner). He clearly didn't appreciate that I wanted to ask questions before complying with everything they told me to do (the nurse was instructed to take X-rays before I even met the doctor). The elitism was excessive. As if the ability to understand the basics of foot anatomy is beyond the realm of comprehension for those of us educated in other disciplines. Nevermind that I've used my feet for thirty years and might be more familiar with them than a new physician. Doctor Husain ultimately looked at my ankle for no more than 30 seconds and dismissed himself after offering me some tough love advice. And I have to pay for this. Would not recommend."

"Very unprofessional and rude staff, they all must hate their jobs because they don't spend an ounce of energy on customer service and don't even make an effort to be cordial or acknowledge your concerns; from your injury to your billing. Doctor Husain healed my injury, but everything surrounding my immediate care was miserable and unprofessional, thank goodness my office visits were short; I don't think I could bear being surrounded by the staff for more than 15 minutes. I've never had someone in a customer service position raise their voice toward me when asking a question until I visited here; and on three seperate occasions this happened with different staff members. I would recommend walking through a field of burning coals before choosing to recieve treatment here; it would be a more effective treatment and far less painful."

"We we running a 5 minutes late and my husband was taking our daughter to an appointment. I received a phone call 7 mintues after the appointment stating since we were late they had to reschedule. My husband then called from the lobby and I explained to the representative he's there now. She said he can't be serviced and I had to reschedule. My husband went to the front desk and asked for help. He wax denied eventhough he was right there. Not sure if I want to deaif I trust someone to see my daughter that has no lienticy"
