"Edit: Since questions wanna be asked and I can't reply.... 100% sure it was your office. At 2:26pm on Friday the 29th. Whoever answers the phone obviously needs a new career because she was super bothered by doing her job. Fortunately the office I called directly after this interaction was super friendly, and scheduled me without attitude. :) Called to ask about changing care providers because my insurance changes 1/1/24. Wanted to speak to a person so I didn't schedule online. Glad I did because the attitude of the receptionist was enough of a reason to avoid bothering to schedule. Ridiculous but glad to know now! Obviously I'm intelligent enough to make sure the care providers are in network, and I explained that they were who my insurance company recommended. But it's fine, glad to have dodged that bullet."
