"I am a new patient from out-of-state, and I was referred to South Valley by a coworker.  What I like most about this office is that I can get in touch with my provider in many ways.  They answer my portal messages and texts since I sometimes don't have time to hold them.  I can always get in for an appointment; the staff does a great job accommodating me.  The providers listen to me, and they are all professionals.  I have read some of the other reviews and am not sure they are talking about the same practice.  This practice takes a lot of insurance and is so kind and helpful to me since I've had such a hard time with my specialist.  They go out of their way. All I can say is if you are experiencing any issues... it's always best to contact the office instead of posting publicly on here. It comes across as hurting people who are only there to help you. Hard to believe these reviews tho, because if you work with your doctor and the office, that relationship is key to being happy with their service.  I would hate for people to decide not to be part of this great practice based on these ugly reviews for no reason other than just to be unkind and a poor attempt at disrupting a good practice. I really trust them."

"The experience inside of the building was not too bad. However, they cannot return phone calls, they never answer the phone. I have been out of a certain medication for several days that we were trying. And have left several messages and haven’t recieved a single text from the automated system or a returned call. Will never return to this place, extremely unprofessional behavior from a doctors office that I hadn’t ever experienced in the past. If I didn’t have to change my insurance I would have never gone here. Would give 0/5 stars if possible. Edit: Seems as though the only way to receive a response from these people is to leave a bad review. I was FINALLY reached out to after multiple attempts and all they had were excuses. This place is honestly a joke. They said a doctor would reach out to me same day, and after they called me about my review, not even worried about my issue. I had never received a message from a doctor. Please take your business elsewhere and avoid this place at all costs, for the sake of your health and wellness. Go to a different office. Extremely mismanaged and unprofessional. Edit 2: I appreciate the response. Since this is the only way we can communicate. I would like you to understand there was nothing spoke of in detail and I was told a doctor would reach out to me same day, and they did not."

"I have been going to this doctor office for almost a year now. Bethany is amazing, but recently I've been having issues getting my FMLA paperwork filled out. Bethany was good doing it, but it needed to be revised, i had to call the office multiple times was told Frankie had to fill it out. After speaking with her numerous times, it never got revised and sent to my DMO. After my last call with Frankie my porter was disconnected. When I called the office, nobody could tell me why. My FMLA was denied because they still have no fixed or faxed over my paperwork and i still havent spoke to anyone. Its a back and forth thing between Frankie is over FMLA paperwork to now my Dr. has to do it."
