"I just spoke to a service rep by the name of Deanna, she was not very helpful with facilitating a fax number for MRI scheduling. MRI cannot be scheduled without an order as I tried to explain to her several times. The individual in need has an outside order. I was also able to find fax # for MRI on website so thankfully the person in need could get scheduled. She was rude and not very helpful at all."

"5 stars for sure. My grandma (Tommy) was admitted last week and the staff have been absolutely amazing! Everyone from the kitchen staff to the nurses have been so nice. They are all on top of it. She said she's treated like a queen and the best downriver hospital she's been too."

"Nobody’s perfect when there in the ER rude comment from one nurse some of the tests I think were false same test were done couple weeks prior rest the staff was excellent actually wish I had some of the medication when I was released Sunday late pharmacies could not drive I should not have left this review until all was settled. Been over a week out of the hospital. Known nurse showed up released to early follow up doctor still can’t get a hold of."

"Wife was there for a few days, she was diagnosed with something that needs round the clock care, which they didn't tell us if she had additional appointments, she was requesting help that she never received from the doctors there. She told them numerous times to call me and update me about how she's doing, never did. Never called to ask me about transportation for her new appointments, didn't even help with psych. I will not be taking anymore family or myself for that matter to a place that does not care for its patients. The nursing staff was great, the doctors are the ones who were rude, didn't listen, and had my wife leave even after requesting helping multiple times. How about this hospital care about its patients and strive to be better instead of people having to go to other hospitals and get the actual care they need. Because I had to go out of my way to go to Wyandotte just so my wife could be treated as a human and not a number on a chart. Definitely a 2 star review, thought the last visit was just a fluke back in May, wasn't a fluke. Will not be returning."

"Southshore used to be a great hospital and I previously gave them 5 stars for their service but now things have changed and this place is a joke. Dr Kelley was absolutely amazing and I had a pretty good birth experience in 2021. Fast forward to "Corewell" and I don't know what happened. I came in for a broken ankle/leg, was put in the hallway and had my leg splinted and was not given the proper treatment to manage my severe pain! No one should be in full display in the hallway while getting treatment either. I had dozens of people pass me watching my medical procedure be done. Dr Sitto was a true gem in all of this and deserves all the praise for her professionalism .The tech however pushed me in a wheel chair to the front door of the ER and left me there in my hospital gown while waiting for my ride. It was super awkward being 2 inches from the front door of the ER in a gown while people came and went. This hospital has turned into a complete dump and allows their patients to suffer in agony while treating everyone seeking pain relief like a drug addict."
