"The providers are great at this practice, but the office staff are horrendous. Both my husband and I have been patients at this practice. The billing issues are constant. The customer facing office staff gate-keep information and do not understand the difference between a copay, coinsurance, and deductible. If they bill something incorrectly or set you up with a provider who does not accept your insurance and a balance is “owed” they will not allow you to set up your next appointment until the bill is paid (even if it needs to be rebilled). Getting a message through to a provider is nearly impossible because they do not have direct contact available outside of appointment times. We both really liked the providers, but it just wasn’t worth the constant headache from the office staff to be seen here."

"I needed a psychiatrist and living in a small town doesn’t make that easy. I found Mind Health Group after searching for a psychiatrist I could see remotely. I’ve been seeing PA Aya A. and I adore her. She’s very easy to talk to and knowledgeable about the medications I’m being prescribed. She listens to me and asks me questions that make me feel like she truly cares about my well being. The receptionists are all incredibly helpful but I’d like to shout out Ashlyn as she’s always been so quick to help me anytime I have issues with anything. I’ve never been to an office that is so caring and helpful and I would recommend this group to anyone searching for a great psychiatrist."
