Bad day , overwhelmed , stressed , idk but it really doesn't give you the right to be so unkind to people. Especially when it's unprovoked. Do not reccomend this office at all."
"I have nothing but good things to say about Dearborn ENT. The staff and especially the audiologists will address your concerns with time and care. I recently took a family member there to get hearing aids and they took so much time out of their day for us just to make sure all of our concerns got addressed properly. They even helped us set up the apps and Telecare for future visits and consultations. Both the doctors there are caring and knowledgeable. I can only recommend it."
"Dr. Lopatin and Dr. Waitzman, both are personable, reassuring, and answer any questions you have. They take their time and answer any questions we had. My son had a tongue tie and Dr. Lopatin worked so quickly my son didn’t have time to cry. The staff also helped me, because I was so emotional. It felt like I was surrounded by family! Dr. Waitzman examined me for throat irritation, I ended up needed surgery to remove a foreign object from my throat, the staff got me into surgery the next day. I definitely recommend seeing either!"
"Called to schedule an appointment and spoke with a very rude associate named Donna. Was very short with me on the phone and spoke to me like I was very unintelligent when I asked her a question regarding my insurance. (I work with insurances regularly, just wanted clarification on my plan before I scheduled). Passed on scheduling an appointment and will find another practice."
