"The service for the medical procedure was very good, but billing is a nightmare. Received invoice, mailed to the address printed on the invoice, but the invoice was returned stating "Lockbox Closed". It is a PO Box that must have been de-activated. Tried calling the billing office per the number shown on the invoice and no answer. Left a message and have not received a return call. The procedure was very good, but would think twice about going back due to the billing issue."

"I had an endoscopy and colonoscopy @ Novi Surgery Center. This was my first time at a "surgery center", and it was a positive experience all the way from reception to nurses, anesthesiology, surgeon, etc. We had some problems with my IV (not their fault, I'm difficult to draw blood from) but they were extremely compassionate and made it work without traumatizing me. My procedure began at approximately 7 AM. I was walking out of the building shortly after 8. Excellent care patient care. Highly recommend."

"I had a septoplasty done, my surgery was at 6:15, I had to fill out some pre-op forms at about 6:25-6:30. There were about 5 other people/families in the waiting room. I went back about 6:45 and sat in there for about 30-45 minutes, there was a older women and little boy in front of me. I believe I waited a bit longer because they were getting the younger boy to calm down but I was very much patient. I was able to talk to the many nurses in Pre-op and made sure they could take their time because I did not want them to feel rushed. I do not remember any of the names at the top of my head but they were all so so nice. The anesthesiologist and Doctor Farrugia saw me before the surgery and asked if I had any questions. I expressed my concerns and they both said it would be okay and they were very much correct. They did not seem like they were in a hurry to get out of the conversation and I appreciated they took the time for me. When I got wheeled to the operating room, I got very nervous but all of the ladies around me were so nice it was very comforting and were trying to crack jokes with me, they were such sweethearts. Post-Op for the week has been very good and fast so far, nothing out of the ordinary for me."

"Very good experience, the center is clean and comfortable to wait for your loved one. I'd like to thank nurse Nikki, she was very helpful and kind. She took her time to go over everything and review after care instructions as well as answer all of my questions. Thank you."

"Came here for a family members cataract surgery. Arrived at 7:10 a.m., supposed to be tbere at 7:15. We waited about 45 minutes until they took my family member back so they were quite busy. The receptionist, nurses and doctors were all very kind. Had a great experience here."
