"I’ve been here before and always had a good experience. I was surprised to see the reviews so low when I looked this office up online but called anyway to schedule an appt. I asked if she could check to see if my visit was covered by my insurance and she said she can’t check until after they bill for the visit. Not sure what kind of scam that is since every specialist or dr I’ve called in my life has been able to check and see if my insurance covers the visit BEFORE the visit… this doesn’t sit well and wanted to warn others of this type practice."

"Very clean, chairs are so comfy to the tusht. Excellent front desk staff. Your wait is sometimes longer than desired. But they so try to accommodate your needs."

"I just had some work done there. The nurse Jessica was very attentive. Very good conversation and very knowledgeable. Along with the doctor Stephanie, she was also very polite and great conversation. They both explained all the steps of the procedure, they made sure I was comfortable with what they were doing,the whole time up to the anesthetic.to the stitches.I felt very comfortable. the procedure did not take long. I would recommend. Anyone to come here I was in and out pretty quickly."

"Probably the worst absolute worst Dermatolgist office. Make sure you check any billing done at this facility because the billing department has no idea what they are doing. They made me an appointment then questioned my insurance even though I spoke with the insurance themselves. Then skipped my appointment time and my turn because they had to “verify” something on there end and didn’t respect my appointment time and walk in time. Allowed others in front of me. They’re are uneducated, not trained. And purposely do things to upset you. You should never be visited in an office where they don’t treat you with respect and care. Extremely unprofessional business. Young girls up front need a new job. Hire trained professionals that care for your patience and don’t have your patients educate your staff. A very upsetting experience for me. The nurses in the back are fine no complaints clinical wise. But your front desk reception area either makes or breaks your clinic… UPDATE: If I could give zero stars I would, clinically they are decent but administrative wise garbage. This practice is the worst dermatology office you could visit. I’ve been a patient for a few years. But staff has changed. I put in a request twice for management to call me about my experience. Never got a call, I call to confirm my appointment because I have a medical issue and I need treatment I mean I’m going to let a practice upset me and keep me from getting my treatment? Anyways I call to confirm my appointment and they put me on hold for a few minutes then transfer me to the manager. She says the girls were uncomfortable from my last visit. I was like yeah, so was I requested a call multiple times and it takes me to call to confirm my appointment for you to address the situation? Very concerning, you guys practically bullied me my last visit, let people go infront of me because you guys couldn’t properly verify my ACTIVE policy. Then kept putting charts ahead of mine. Again reception is full of young girls who obviously are immature and have no idea what they are doing. Not a comfortable situation for me to be in as a patient. You see a doctor office to feel better not to be bullied and misuse your power at the time. Always manager Lisa clearly doesn’t check notes left behind. Even my nurse left behind my chart. For her to call me no call. But I call to confirm my appointment that you guys made me? After you staff was so uncomfortable after my visit? Should’ve discharged me as a patient then. Again calm person I am. Should’ve just let me confirm my appointment I have had no issue with you guys in the past but I know my rights as a patient and you guys clearly are not working right as a practice. I won’t allow a practice to bully me. Treat people right or pick a different job. Discharge me as a patient and send me a certified mail. Don’t keep me from getting my treatment out of personal hate. Oh and I’m Arab American and they are clearly a Caucasian-American owner practice. Concerning.."

"Got me in super quick and we’re very very friendly! I was skeptical because of the reviews but the RN and doctor were both super nice and helpful! I had to bring my young child and they interacted with her and were very patient and understanding. They addressed each issue I had and I was in and out with all my questions answered quickly. I will definitely be coming back!"
