"PA Luttrell has been great every time I have been to this urgent care. Typically, I have had no issues going to any Henry Ford urgent care, but my last visit the nurse working the front counter truly made my visit less than satisfactory. I have never been so nervous to receive care from a medical professional. I needed to receive an injection for a muscle spasm and it seemed like it was her first time ever giving an injection. I have gotten injections for muscle spasms in the past and know they need to be injected relatively slowly and this one was not and now i'm in more pain than I was before going to the urgent care. Not to mention she couldn't do basic math and seemed incredibly unsure of everything she was doing. I understand staffing is difficult right now - but when it comes to people getting injected with medication and medical issues at hand, I think there needs to be more caution. I will return to this urgent care, but will absolutely request a different nurse next time."

"I was here on 1.29.24. The doctor is really good and I have seen him twice. He is thorough and curtious. The 4 stars are for him. The front desk staff (a lady) has a lot of room for improvement. I was going to write a long story about what happened, but there is no point. Businesses are short staffed and just need a warm body. If you choose to go here, ignore the front staff lady because the doctor is good."

"Shani P needs to be fired. She was extremely hostile and was eating Doritos when I came up to the desk to ask for help. She yelled at me for asking to see a doctor to check me out and make sure I was physically capable to work. She said they couldn’t do that but thought I was asking for just a sports physical. I went to a different urgent care and they gave me a return to work slip. I could not believe the way she spoke to me and even her coworker next to her was surprised by her attitude and tone. If she continues to work here they will continue to lose business. She turns people away when they can be seen and has a nasty attitude. I could not believe her tone when I came in so nasty just needing help. She cut me off when I was explaining what I needed and She verbally assaulted me. I will call corporate on her because I felt like she cut me off to continue eating her Doritos and licking her fingers while she’s working the front desk."

"Dr Matthew Luttrell didn’t address the reason for my visit. He prescribed a medication to treat my symptoms instead of prescribing one to treat my condition. He recommended I come back if what he prescribed didn’t help. I presume this is to collect another copay. This isn’t my first visit to this urgent care but given my experience this time, it may be my last. If you’re in need of urgent help, do yourself a favor and consider going elsewhere because visiting him will be a waste of your time."

"Physician assistant evaluation was thorough and pleasant. Sent rx direct to pharmacy. Front desk staff could use a more welcoming approach. I'm not getting my tires checked. I'm sick and I've been up all night. That's why I'm here. Be nice."
