"Not a good place to work if you are a new graduate nurse. They are not willing to train or work with their new graduate nurses. In your interview they tell you one thing and once your start working it’s the opposite. Your hire in process is based off your co worker opinion about you. The staff that work inside the homes are not welcoming and can be rude; which makes it uncomfortable to work with them. It’s poor communication with management this company doesn’t respond on the “ON CALL PHONE” and it’s supposed to be 24 hour access."

"I would never put anyone I love in here. I worked there for over 2 years. In that time I witnessed patients choke to death on plastic bags, seen patients hit their head and not get medical attention until day 3, where their head had a massive baseball sized lump.Ive seen office employees break into patients rooms stealing medical marijuana because “they did not agree” ( special tree did nothing , it was a company family friend who stole it(old white lady), ended up sending the office employees on all payed vacation. after they did horrible jobs).. It is the Dirtiest most horrific “medical” establishment I have ever worked at. They take advantage of their patients and employees. Double billing, buying patients rights, and sending them to un unnecessary surgery. don't send your family here, and definitely don't bother working here I wish Iwould have taken pictures."
