"Like everyone, I would give a big fat zero to this branch at Van Born rd and Wayne Rd. To begin with, They take no notice of you walking in the door. The girl who works there acts like she’s too good to even talk to you much less in a customer friendly way. Put a smile on your face girl, Atleast act like you’re concerned. UG That’s not even the worse part. She couldn’t even print up my proof of insurance paper until I asked her. The worse part is she didn’t print up my policy so I could sign and initial. So a month after I paid 6 months in advance I started getting phone calls from Progressive saying I owed $222 after I paid OVER $800 for 6 months in advance. So I went into the branch and she printed up the policy AFTER I ASKED HER and she was supposed to submit them to Progressive. SHE DID NOT!!!!! Fortunately I called Progressive 10 days later. That’s when I found out she HAD NOT DONE HER JOB. How incompetent. IF you’re computer illiterate, don’t occupy the job. I will NOT return to this branch or ANY branch that this owner runs associated with this branch at Van Born and Wayne rd."
