Trinity Health IHA Urgent Care - Southeast Livonia

"I have been sick for a week maybe 1 1/2 wks so I went to the trinity heath on middlebelt n Plymouth worse mistake I know my body he tried to tell me i had to let it go at least 14 days but I know it always turns to bronchitis so I went before that happened he told me to just stay on musinex which I’ve drank 2 bottles now and he only gave me an inhaler he said my throat was really red but take Sudafed but becareful cause your blood pressure will go higher so when he told me my infected sinuses was draining in my throat to my lungs but wouldn’t give me anything for it like just keep taking Musinex he was so young I don’t think he knows when a person tells them how they know how their body is very disappointing"

"Wish I could give 0stars. I came here with my wife and 3 year old daughter. She had a fever for a couple days. The nurse was dry and rude towards my child. She was rough when it came to swabbing her nose and my child was scared. My daughter was kicking to get away from the nurse and my wife and I had to hold my daughter and the nurse actually hit my child on the leg. Thought that we didn’t see. At that point I stepped right in front of her and was nearly about to smack the hell out of her. Luckily my wife was there to calm me down. The nurse saw my reaction and then all of a sudden became this nice person but my daughter wasn’t having it. The nurse tried to give my daughter a toy and my daughter was scratching between her eyebrow but I notice she was also holding up the middle finger while scratching herself. Now another time I would have corrected her but I was so livid and I’m glad the nurse understood too. The doctor was worse. Raising her voice at my child not only that assuming that my wife and I are living I. Separate homes and I’m not of no relation to them whatsoever. If anything you can ask. This was our first and last time coming here. As we were leaving the nurse tried to say by to my child and she jerked away from her and said “NO!” We passed the clerk and another nurse and my daughter waved and smiled and said bye to them"

"I've visited this urgent care on multiple occasions for various illnesses. Each time has been quick, efficient, and pleasant. The nurses and doctors take care to listen and answer any questions. This is the fastest and most professional urgent care that I've ever been to."

"I have been to this location multiple times for not only urgent care with my kids but also for my PCP- Dr. Cooper. I have never had a bad experience with either reception, nurses or doctors I have seen. My PCP has always gotten back to me asap regarding test results, as well as my mammogram results via the online chart and her personalized messages. I think some reviews on here are regarding the wrong IHA locations as there are many in Livonia. Especially one who mentions a very late appointment and almost hospitalization which they do not have either at this location. Also a situation such as possible ectopic pregnancy or a very sick infant should have always been the ER not a freaking urgent care, smh. I will continue to use my IHA doctors and this urgent care because for the last year and a half I have never had a problem."
