"They having an amazing very thorough staff! Beth at reception and Emily the PA go far beyond what one might expect at an urgent care office. They are kind, compassionate and patient. Emily the PA actually referred me to Pulmonary. Where some concerns she had were confirmed. Had it not been for her thorough exam and recommendation, I am not sure how long my condition my have gone undiagnosed. Thank you Emily! Your commitment to practicing medicine is clear! Thank you Beth for your awesome ability to connect with the patients who come into your clinic!"

"If I could rate this place a zero I would! I took my 10 year old daughter for a strep test. No one was at the desk for a good 15 min when we arrived. They did testing and sent them to the lab. Sent us home with no guidance. I called 48 hours later as she was not getting better. White bumps on her throat and fever of 102 plus she wouldn’t eat. All those signs say call your medical provider. They were RUDE. Did not assist me when I called over 2 times I showed up and still the PA on staff Emily wouldn’t even try to speak one word to me to try and help my child. I was also told it would be a 2 hour wait to see her. And the receptionist told me her grandkid was sick for 2 weeks. I take my kids health serious I wouldn’t ever let my child suffer for 2 weeks. But I also will never ever be back to this place. It is a huge shame for the face of Henry Ford medical."

"1st time and that time will be my last time! I'm new in the area, so I decided to try this place out! Everything went well til I went to pick my prescription up. How in TF did they send my script to who knows where, but it definitely wasn't in Michigan! Unbelievable ... Remind you that Rite Aid is up the street from them ,so how could this be ! So I called, and they told me oh we did send it to the wrong location.Just give me a minute. I'll send it right over there ,so 20 minutes have gone by the lady in pharmacy in sured me it still hasn't came in yet,neatness to say I leaves out goes right back to clinic which is right up the street and can you believe they Closed and left me dry and they also lied about sending it over in the 1st place! That's totally unacceptable, and I'm so disappointed I would never recommend or return to this kind of service and treatment from anyone, and neither should you ,just my opinion! Terrible customer service, and I'm calling the state and making a complaint as well ,because this was totally very unnecessary, and I don't appreciate it at all !"

"I have a great experience every time. My children, and grandchildren also visit this convenient location when needed. We never receive less than great, quick, and convenient care. More importantly, we are confident that the provider and staff will follow up with any further questions, concerns, or further treatment needed. Great staff!"
