"I just finished (10) sessions of PT for lower back pain and I hardily recommend Capital Physical Therapy for several reasons. Unlike other PT places you won’t be put with an intern for the ‘loosening up’ exercises, and then have the physical therapist come in for the massage or discussion about your progress. At Capital Physical Therapy, Chacko is one on one with you only. His method of physical therapy is to make it as pain free as can be, but reach the limits that are required to progress. He stresses slow and steady stretching, and cautions against abruptness, and takes time to explain how each exercise (stretch) fits into the program. And finally I would be remiss to not mention Julie, the all around girl Friday that multi-tasks everything from scheduling, to setting you up for heat or cold treatment, or hooking up the Tens unit. She never stops and is an integral part of this team."

"Capital Physical Therapy has been outstanding to work with after my knee replacement. Chacko is very caring, knowledgeable and patient. He was concerned about my comfort level and if I needed to rest. I previously fractured three vertebrae’s that he always took into account when working with my knee and level of pain. In addition, they wanted to make sure I was comfortable with heating pad temperatures and pillow positions. The office is very clean and uses all guideline precautions with Covid-19 which eased my mind as I am high risk. Julie in the office is friendly and helpful. All around I would highly recommend them for your physical therapy needs."

"Chacko was my in home therapist after I left the hospital for knee surgery. I continued with him for my outpatient therapy. He always took the time and was very patient especially since I had a very difficult time because of unusual swelling in my knee due to edema.
