"Been coming here for decades. Recently, they've hired new male staff members that have a very lackadaisical attitude. One tried to put dilation drops in my eyes, without allowing me to remove my contacts. Poor training? Too much in a hurry? Just not the same quality that I have experienced in the past."
"I recently took my husband there. He has glaucoma and wanted a simple pressure check. The website says they specialize in diseases of the eye including glaucoma. I was shocked when Dr. Carver came literally busting into the office asking why we were there? He spent the next 15 minutes treating us so rudely that I asked if he wanted us to leave?? I have never been treated so poorly by someone who calls himself a professional! I would never return to this office and caution anyone else to think twice before going. It will be interesting to see if this review remains on the website! I gave him a 1 because I could not put zero!!"
