"I recently visited Lakes Urgent Care and had a very good experience. The start of my visit I encountered Leanne at the front who was very kind and explained the process of signing in as a new patient. The MA, Jenny was very polite and helped me with my labs. I was fortunate to see Dr. Cutting and was thoroughly impressed by his professionalism and expertise. He patiently addressed all my questions, explaining complex medical concepts clearly. Dr. Cutting's thoroughness and compassionate demeanor made me feel valued and well-supported throughout the process. I'll definitely be back to Lakes Urgent Care."

"They were good at getting me in when other urgent cares had closed ( this location is open 2 hours later). They were helpful and professionsl, nice receptionists. I did feel like it was a waste of my time and I would've been more comfortable staying home . The doctor tried to change the focus of my visit to an unrelated medication I am taking instead of focusing on my sore throat and ear pain. She said my ears looked fine , but never looked in them. I have been in immense pain for 3 nights. She said it didn't look like Strep and said the test was negative. Update: I had to go to another urgent care the next day. I tested positive for Strep, they actually looked in my ear and saw I have an ear infection and I have Pink Eye."

"The nurses were wonderful. They were so sweet and very gentle. The doctor was a complete jerk! HORRIBLE BEDSIDE MANNER! He talked down to me the entire time. He gave me one numbing shot then squeezed my foot and asked if I could still feel it. I could and I told him so. His response was “YOU SHOULDN’T BE ABLE TO FEEL THAT!” Yelling at me for it. Then he went in with the next shot angrily and roughly. I flinched as anyone would, and he told me to go to the hospital, he wasn’t going to finish my stitches because I was kicking around. I just reflexively twitched my leg, I wasn’t lying there kicking and screaming. Completely unprofessional. But once again the nurses were wonderful! They went above and beyond."

"I always go to Lakes Urgent Care in Livonia with my kids . They have the best staff starting from the front desk , to the nurses and the doctors. They are also so friendly. They usually don't keep you waiting and let you in quickly. I like how their rooms and the waiting room are clean. I do recommend them to everyone."
