"Came for the first time in October of 2023, so as to be tested by a certified neurologist for a disability (Social Security) claim I am waiting on. Wanted to get my medical records to attest to my worsening neuropathy and myelopathy in my legs; due to several disc herniations. They put me with Dr. Kevorkian, I mean Kachadurian! His level of concern for my condition mirrored the famous Dr. Kevorkian; who was known for euthanizing his patients. Anyway, had a 1:00pm appt. which I arrived at 12:30ish for. Was taken into the exam room about 1: 00pm, and waited until 1:50pm before the guy walked in. He conducted some reflex and sensory and motor skill tests of my legs to assess my symptoms. Good enough. My intent then was for him to acquaint himself with my condition, and a diagnosis of spinal stenosis from disc herniations 2 years earlier. He ordered an MRI which I wanted as well. Came for the follow up visit January 2, 2024, to discuss the MRI results as they compared to 2 years earlier. I had a lot of questions to ask and expected that on this visit, he would take the time necessary to listen to my concerns and questions. AGAIN, THE IDIOT ARRIVED 45 minutes late, even though I had held up my end of the punctual arrival! (Maybe the late visit was a staff scheduling issue, but I would think the doctors should weigh in on every patient, allocating plenty of time to meet with the patient for their peculiar reasons for the visit.) They share the blame for being inconsiderate of their patient's time too! So he comes in, asks a few basic questions indicating that he never looked at my file BEFORE he walked in; which I can't understand why any competent doctor would do that. After I told him my visit purpose was to review the MRI's with him, and discuss how my current worsening leg pain weakness corelates with MRI findings. He said he didn't have the MRI report or images, and would try and retrieve them. He came back in a few minutes later with a clinical typed report of my images, but he said he couldn't retrieve the images for technical problems. Ok, but a prepared and organized doctor would have done this in advance and not allow staff to overbook him so as to give the attention to his patients properly! All he could mumble from his lips was, "you need surgery"! "Ok, but why? Show me on the images that you couldn't find why surgery is my only option!" My 3 prior doctors all said that non-surgical spinal decompression was a viable solution; but insurance would not pay for it!! I've rambled too long already, so suffice it to say that this Dr. Kachadurian has little interest in his patients concerns, questions, and interests. He does not spend time with a patient to really address their needs; and doesn't think that their time is as valuable as his! He's a disgrace to the medical profession and I would not waste my precious time dealing with him or their office practice AT ALL in the future. I AM DONE WITH THIS IDIOT AND THE STAFF!"

"This place sees you as nothing more than a walking dollar sign. I’ve worked against my doctor (Kachadurian) for the two years I’ve been here. He refused to listen to me and my concerns. I’d wait nearly an hour at every appointment just to speak with him, or a student doctor in most cases, for five minutes. The receptionists are rude and embarrassed me publicly for being unable to do tests because I was between jobs and did not have insurance. Do yourself a favor and find another neurologist to go to like I am because these people do NOT care about your health or well being. I’ve experienced it first hand after coming here the last two years."
