"Went in for my appointment The lady at the counter when I ordered the glasses was very nice. Decided which glasses I wanted ordered then paid $125 deposit my balance was $100. 6 months later no one called me so I reached out to them, I said that my eye prescription has probably changed now since it's been 6 months I don't think I want those glasses she said okay I'm happy to refund your money. Played phone tag two or three times then when I finally got a hold of her she said I'm happy to refund, how would you like me to refund you the money (again it was through voicemail) so I called back again and she told me the glasses are not here, once again another phone call and the glasses were found so I said I'm still wanting the refund it's been too long My eye prescription has changed since then and the glasses would really do me no justice. I waited for any communication, eventually was left another voicemail that said she would not able to refund my $ ...... Keep in mind they've already charged my insurance company as well. I called them once again spoke with a gentleman who said we don't give refunds here I explain to him that I've already called four other places they do give refunds what's different about your place?Given the situation/poor service I want my refund as offered via voicerecording. The phone call ended when he agreed to have his manager call me her name was destiny it's been a month and I still have yet to hear from her..... . I would not recommend doing business with this place clearly they have poor customer service as well as communication and it looks like they're just trying to get the insurance money from insurance companies."
