"Here's the deal: not one single person who works at this place is doing it for any other reason than they actually love what they do and care about their clients. They are extremely knowledgeable and exceptionally well informed about ALL the clients, making it easy to switch from one trainer/therapist to another, for any reason. There is a bit of a wait to get in and if you need a specific time consistently you will need to schedule your visits 2 weeks ahead of time. This should tell you something! Take whatever appointment you can to get in and get your evaluation done! Then start your pt and get ahead with the scheduling...you will be able to get your preferred time that way. Also, be honest with what's helping and what's not. They will listen. They will make adjustments in your therapy. They will want to see you improving. That's not to say physical therapy in general doesn't suck or get hard or get frustrating. It totally still does all those things (and more) but here you have a real partner with you during your successes and your setbacks. That's what makes all the difference for me...and hopefully you too!"
