"Never had to wait more than 15 minutes in the waiting room. Nurses all very friendly. Doctors and PAs all knowledgeable and friendly. Will take time to listen to you. Because of multiple drs, most appointments i have arranged happened to be available within 1-2 days of initial call. henry ford my chart is also great and tracking updates and medical history."

"On the one hand, they had Saturday availability and were relaxed. I didn't wait as extremely long as my last doctor's office made me wait. Just kinda long. On the other hand, they are one of the FEW remaining services that don't set up email reminders for appointments, but instead send out wordy, naggy cards that go on and on about how you're at fault for not showing up when you miss an appointment. Honestly when you've just had a physical and are handed a bunch of paperwork after racking your brain to remember things you want to ask about during your little window to get a word in with the doctor, it's perfectly excusable to miss a beat and need a simple, automated reminder. Edit: The new Henry Ford Health System website is very cool. I'm not sure if it has reminders, but I am a fan of the features. I'm adding a star back on for that."

"I loved my Dr there, but then they switched to Henry Ford and don't take my insurance. I have called since they have switched over and I don't know if they got new staff or what, but holy cow were they RUDE! I was trying to explain that I needed a script refill, but all he did was get snotty with me. It's hard enough sometimes to except your ailments, but to feel as though you are being judged on them is so much worse."

"New patient, had an appointment, filled out all paperwork in advance, really looking forward to seeing a doctor to get my health on track and start family planning. Waited 20 minutes after my appointment to be seen and was then rushed into a room. Waited another hour with no one checking in or advising how much longer the wait would be. An hour after my appointment was to begin I got tired of waiting and left the room - no one was in sight. The discharge nurse was occupied, so I just left. Tried to call the main line to advise I had walked out, was promptly put on hold for over 5 minutes so I just gave up. Won't be going back, will try a different doctor. Thank god it wasn't my child who was sick and in need of medical attention. Should have paid more attention to the reviews."

"Pros and cons.... You do have to wait a very long time. On a typical visit, I wait 30min in the waiting room, about 1-2 hours in the exam room. But when my doctor arrives, she sits down and prepares to spend quality time learning about your symptoms, going over your medications, etc. I feel like she listens to me, and legitamatley wants to find the answer. My doctor spends about 30 mins in the exam room with me. Most of my previous doctors spend less than 3 minutes in the exam room, dont give you time to explain your issue, and guess at what is wrong. My only other issues I have with this office is they seem to order an awful lot of ekgs for no reason whatsoever. Its like they are trying to bulk up on insurance money coming in. I often refuse these unnecessary tests. Also, the office staff are very rude. I struggle financially, and they called out my past due co payments in the waiting room where people could hear and made me pay it before the doctor would see me. If it wasnt for the quality time and treatment I get from the doctor herself. I would find another office."
