"Went a while back for herniated disk issues. Was given a literally crackpot diagnosis (fibro mialga, since proven wrong) Tried again today after 5+ years. After scheduled appointment 3 weeks prior, nothing today. No appointment, no attempt at help. The front desk lady, after being missing for 10 min upon entering, walked right past me so engrossed in her Facebook I scared the hell out of her when I spoke. Complete waste of rented space."

No records no response and because of this I have been denied into pain clinic This is not right. No one has even contacted me as to why. It is 2016 and these were requested back in 2015.
