"Place is a joke I get there at 940 waited in line . But after all that they say the doctor not going to see me because it’s 10 and they are closed. Well thanks can’t help I hurt my foot so late ER said go there because it was such a long wait but thanks you sent me away and my foot was broken."

"I came in on 5/2 to have a COVID-19 antibody test performed. I signed in at 0830 and wrote my phone number down on the sign in sheet as instructed. I was then instructed to wait in my car. I waited an hour without a call to have the test performed. I called and requested to have a time for how much longer I would probably need to wait. They lost the sign in sheet for which I had been second on the list and stated I needed to sign in again. They stated I was going to be put at the bottom of the list. I told them I signed in an hour ago and that’s not my fault they lost the sign in sheet. I specifically talked to one the front desk ladies when I originally signed (0830) letting them know I was a healthcare provider. I also inquired about how I was going to know when it was my turn. They stated, I would receive a call and asked if I had left my number, I replied yes. I communicated with these people when I signed in. It’s not like I originally signed in and said nothing. I asked to speak with a supervisor or charge nurse considering I had already signed in an hour ago and it wasn’t fair I was placed on the bottom of the list because of their incompetence in losing the sheet I signed in on. She stated she is the charge nurse. Since I was forced to be at the bottom of the list again, I asked how long was I expected to wait. The conversation was concluded with “I don’t know? 2hrs? The more questions I’m asked, the longer it’s going to take!” I am a nurse, as well, and I have been in the place of being a charge nurse. The way that my complaint was handled was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. I rarely rate a business and if I do, it’s something I considered more serious. I wouldn’t recommend this urgent care. Staff is incompetent, unprofessional, and inappropriate. I’ll be contacting corporate."
