"Joined on with Village Medical last fall after my former physician's new practice didn't take my insurance. I chose Village Medicare because it's close to my home and I know others who have used their services. I had my first visit today with a physical and lab work. I'm very impressed by their care and concern and with their overall efficiency. I left the office at 1:00pm and within an hour I had all my test results in my inbox as well as instructions to call back if I had questions. Dr. Erickson and the staff are very thorough explaining everything they're doing and what they would do during my appointment. I love their online patient portal and when I've had a question they answered quickly. I'm very happy I picked Village Medical and Dr. Erickson to be my PCP. I hope to be their patient for a long time."

"I would like to start off saying I do absolutely LOVE my doctor. I am always treated with respect and excellent care. Unfortunately, at my recent visit, I was placed in an examination room at which no heat was present. I was not told this when placed in the room either. It was so terribly cold that by the time the doctor came in to see me I had my coat, gloves and scarf on. My doctor shared her deepest apologies for how cold it was in the room and mentioned the heat was out on this side of the building, but they had space heaters running. Well if you have the door shut you don’t receive any of that heat. I’m so sorry to say this was completely unacceptable and I am extremely disappointed in their decision to allow their patients to freeze. I write this to bring attention of the lack of care and thought that was given. Please do better."

"I drive an hour and a half just to see Jordan Attisha PA. She has been a complete blessing. My previous physician consistently did not listen to me, wasn’t addressing issues I was having…she just wasn’t a great MD. Jordan has been the complete opposite. I’m so thankful for her. The staff has been equally phenomenal. They are very nice and always so helpful. They are a medical group that is so responsive and on top of things. Love it here and I don’t mind the drive at all. It’s well worth it to feel like I matter and that my health is being taken seriously."
