"Constantly “running behind” Long wait times around 30+ minutes I’ve waited up to an hour before Slow incompetent staff, will discuss the amount you owe for the whole wait lobby to hear, $50 late cancelation fee if you cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 24 hours in advance Will not answer emails for appointment scheduling- waited a month and my dad ended up going in for his own appointment and scheduling mine while he was there 4/5 times you will not see Garcia. If you do it will be a quick 2 minutes if that I don’t know why I still come here lol"

"1. You spend 20 minutes talking to a nursing student, and Dr. Garcia spends all of 90 seconds with you and doesn't evaluate you. Worse, the office staff will schedule an appointment a physician's assistant and not even tell you until you get there, and you won't even get your 90 seconds with Dr. Garcia. For some reason the office is always trying to schedule you with someone other than your doctor. 2. Billing is a nightmare. They will double bill you, under bill you, not keep track of your payments, bill you weird amounts. Staff was always asking ME how much my sessions were, and they were very rude. 3. My mental health was destroyed. If you want to play medication roulette with an ignoramous who doesn't listen to you, go to Dr. Garcia."

"Rude, slow, incompetent billing, blatantly only cares about money. Unless this is the only provider covered by your insurance, look elsewhere. If you are wealthy and can afford out of pocket, do not go here for any reason. They also are horrible about Hippa laws, essentially screaming at the top of the lungs your full name across the waiting room and loudly discussing what medicines you're taking."
