Always upbeat and positive. I tend to pass out over a needle, but Kelly is so good at what she does I’m never nervous and don’t feel a thing. When I go for treatment I feel like I’m visiting a friend and almost forget what I’m here for. The atmosphere is warm and comforting. The staff is very attentive to patients needs and comfort. "IA Novi has an absolutely amazing team and the facility itself is clean and well laid out. Despite being open, you still feel like you have privacy. The nurses are very knowledgeable caring. Dom is also great and makes sure all of your needs are met. I also am part of a clinical study through them, and can not speak highly enough of Dr. Henry. He is flexible and accessible. Overall, they make infusions easy and convenient. I cannot recommend them enough."
