"Save yourself the headache and find a therapist who actually values their clients time, and respects their commitments. Hannah Kubitz isn’t one of them. Not only did she cancel on me twice, but the second time was 40 minutes before the appointment was scheduled to start. What’s worse is that I was informed by multiple front desk staff that when therapists cancel, they’re supposed to leave a note. Both times she did not do that. The front desk staff were extremely accommodating, and offered to schedule me with another therapist, but I didn’t want to get my hopes up a third time."

"So I make an appointment and give them my insurance information, great. Then they send me a form that needs my insurance information...why...? You already have it. Then I get busy and don't fill out the form with the details I already gave them and they cancel my appointment. So why did you bother asking my insurance information over the phone? I had to pull over my car to give it to you, but I didn't enter twice so you cancelled. Getting help is as hard as getting a job these days. I wonder if it ever occurs to mental health facilities that some of us 40 something moms are calling because we're dealing with a great deal of overwhelm that we need help processing, so the answer is not giving us more forms to fill out when we've already been filling out forms for our children, our husbands, our job, The school, the church, every doctor etc... it's legitimately exhausting."
