"In 4 weeks of physical therapy, my shoulder injury pain went from a 5 to a 1 in terms of a threshold of 10 as excruciating. Actually, it’s less than 1. I rarely feel the pinch, allowing me to return to my weekly household chores ;) of folding laundry that required a light lift.
