"I just can't say enough about the office staff and my doctor, Dr Zrull.The staff is prompt in replying to MyChart requests and questions. I'm so happy that I found this group of people that are so dedicated to helping their patients."

"In todays world going to the right doctor is super important, let’s start off by how I was mislead at this appointment, I came in for chest pains and high heart rates , I informed the doctor that I did not have much money but needed to been seen the doctor assured me that the bloodwork would be covered by my insurance and the co payment wouldn’t be much ! Remind all I had done was bloodwork and I was charged almost 2500 , afterwards I was able to get the insurance to pay a lump sum , the doctor also reassured that CareCredit was a payment excepted by their office after going back-and-forth with their company and the credit card company I was lied to CareCredit was not a payment excepted by their office!!! zero stars for this doctor, as I am completely disgusted by someone who would lie to a patient after the patient made it known of there financial obligations !!! I would also like to state that when it came time for me to get my results, I was jumping from hoop to hoop trying to get a hold of the office ,getting sent left and right trying to understand what my bloodwork results were!! I had to drive up there and have someone explain them to me because nobody would answer the phone !!! Hopefully you’ll will learn from my mistake and choose a different doctor. "I love this center and lucky to have had 2 great doctors here (one left) but both have gone above and beyond for me. Dr. Friedman I cannot be anymore ecstatic about. She's generally a caring person and she's funny and so down to earth. The nurse staff and receptionists as well deserve the world and make every experience welcoming. Also like this location because they have x ray capablity!"

"Finding a different office. Had my appointment canceled 3 times due to the doctor calling in sick. First appointment was in October and now it's February and I am again having to reschedule. When rescheduling the next morning appointment available isn't until months out and the office doesn't call you back like they say they will. The doctors were nice but never have I ever had them cancel on me 3 times."

"Due to an insurance change I had to search for a new primary care physician. My search landed here and I worked with Dr. Pensler. My experiences have been excellent compared to my past providers. The office staff is actually friendly and professional. While waiting in the lobby I had a great conversation with the receptionist, and she actually seemed happy to be there. The appointment was very thorough and there was not a lot of waiting to be seen. My followup steps were clearly outlined and the communication through the portal following my appointment was prompt. Definitely recommend"
