"For the past two years I’ve been dealing with low back pain which radiated down the back of my legs. "I am a running enthusiast. Last year, when I was preparing for a running competition, I suffered a proximal hamstring tendon injury in my left leg. An MRI in June 2023 diagnosed mild left hamstring tendonitis. Despite nearly a year of rest and physical therapy, there was still no significant improvement. During a time of extreme frustration, a friend introduced me to Dr. Sun. With a hopeful attitude, I contacted Dr. Sun for acupuncture treatment. After the first session, I noticed a significant improvement. The pain level decreased noticeably, and apart from some pressure, I could hardly feel any pain while standing or walking. "Dr. Sun is kind, welcoming, and very educated in his profession/Chinese medicine. A well kept and sterile environment. He is happy to answer any question you may have. I’ve learned a lot with just two sessions. I received both cupping and acupuncture from Dr. Sun. This was my first time experiencing both. Through the whole process I felt comfortable and safe. He has a very gentle touch, reviews everything with you before he does anything to make sure you are okay with it, and checks in on you all throughout the appointment to make sure you are well.
