"I was a patient here for several years. I never actually met the physican who was supposedly my doctor (Brenner). He would always cancel or have someone else fill in for him. Expect poor quality of care and a lack of professionalism. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else."
"I was in need of a primary care physician and was recommended here. At first I was pleased with the care I received until I received the bill. I was under the impression that this was a yearly wellness check/new patient appointment and would be billed as such, however I was incorrect. The lady on the phone said that it was because I brought up “migraines” that it did not qualify as a yearly wellness visit but rather an office visit (which are not fully covered by my insurance). I expressed that I was never told of this before, during or after my visit. They even convinced me that I did not need a physical because I saw my OBGYN earlier that year, clearly talking me out of the covered wellness visit. I feel very blindsided by the whole situation and do not recommend them."
"I stayed home from work and went to Domino Farms IHA today, 9/7/22, and had a good experience. They were efficient and attentive. I had a prescription filled. I got a call from my pharmacy, CVS, which said my antibiotic scrip would be ready 9/15 (the computer generated voice seemed to keep a straight face during this message). I called the IHA and let them know I would need to switch pharmacies to another close by. The woman on the phone was very kind but she said she put in an order and we can only hope another provider would see the order and fill it, though it may be tomorrow. Now, despite everyone being kind, I feel like I literally did not receive the care I just paid for. I have a job and would like to start getting well right away, not whenever another provider happens upon my file. So, while the people are lovely, their system is broken."
