"The reviews are true, this urgent care is fantastic. There was nobody in line ahead of me when I arrived, and I was seen nearly as soon as I had finished check in. Mary-Kay took my vitals and later X-rays. Clark (PA) was very thorough in his evaluation, and clearly explained his diagnosis and how he got to it via the X-rays. From intake to discharge everyone was exceptionally polite and expeditious. I'm happy with everything about my visit to Springfield UC aside from having to go to urgent care in the first place!"
"We saw Jamie, NP on a Saturday evening. She was absolutely wonderful. She listened to my and my sons concerns and did a thorough assessment. She consulted two different ER physicians to confirm her diagnosis which provided me a lot of comfort and reassurance in the diagnosis and treatment plan. The clinic even helped us locate an after hours 24 hour pharmacy to get our script filled asap. Thanks, Jamie!! We appreciate you!"
"We were able to get an appointment immediately and didn't wait much at all. Jerry at the front desk tried their best with our out of state insurance and tried to get the baby to smile by changing the TV channel to animals doing funny things. Shelly our nurse was excellent, considering the pt was challenging. She showed us how to actually administer oral meds. Clark the PA was excellent. Again, tried his best with a difficult patient and was very thorough despite that. We were very pleased and helped us during a scary time with our baby. Would easily recommend to others."
"I’ve been to this urgent care many times. Each time it’s a very quick and helpful experience. The wait is never more than 15 mins and I believe you’re able to checkin online. Today I saw Jamie the NP, Betty the MA, and Kaurina the receptionist. All were very kind and helpful. I’m glad I came here today. They always have coffee and hot chocolate available too!!!"
