"I had rotator cuff surgery may 11. My first pt session with these people, was my last. They don't answer phone calls. There's only 1 person working... she's the therapist, secretary, and security... not to mention SHE IS HORRIBLE!! NO COMPASSION WHATSOEVER... RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!"

"Little dip in sidewalk for wheelchairs/rollators poorly located as it was half-blocked by parked car. Not handicapped friendly at all. Entrance is hidden. Treacherous for the debilitated to make it into building. They do not have a wheelchair for a person to borrow to make it in building. I didn't see any help for handicapped to open door. Entering the building gave me the feeling of a broom closet more than a place of healing."

"Melissa is the best. I legitimately feared for my tendons I had hurt pretty bad and she gave me exercises, gave me therapy and I feel better than I was at my former best. Very friendly and would suggest her to anyone! :)"

"I have used Alex twice for physical therapy related to pelvic floor issues postpartum and highly recommend him. It is very difficult to find someone confortable and competent in this specialty. Alex did a fantastic job both times listening to my complaints, diagnosing the issue and then using all of his expertise in correcting the problem. The road to recovery was slow but I never felt discouraged or frustrated. If you are suffering from pain postpartum, this practice should be your go to. I also loved how Alex mentored his students and new therapists on how to properly diagnose and treat this condition. While it isn't always great to be the "teaching case", I appreciated his willingness to give back to the profession and train the novices."

"Very knowledgeable and intuitive physical therapists! I have experienced one other physical therapy practice. When I compare the two, Life in Balance provides a more holistic focused physical therapy. I have received much relief, healing and strengthening assistance from their work!"
