"I'm 100% disabled veteran and the VA pays for my acupuncture treatments. I have to use a transportation service to get to and from appointments. Recently, I got sick on a Saturday with COVID. I called first thing Monday morning to cancel my appointment for that afternoon. I was hoping to make the following Monday appointment, but I had issues with transportation being on time due to the weather so I called to let them know I couldn't make it. They said I could pay a fee or lose my ability to pre-schedule appointments. I told them that I didn't have the funds to pay a fee and that I have to use scheduled transport so I couldn't just call the day of and book a session because I wouldn't have a ride. I need 3 days notice to book sessions. I basically got a "too bad" response even though no one has ever told me about this policy. All my appointments were cancelled and I won't be able to get treatment again. Had I known about the policy, I would have just tried to be safe and cancel my Monday appointment on Friday, but I was hoping to make it since I have to use all of sessions by Feb 2 per the VA. Now I am going to lose all of my appointments because of their policy. Corey is great and I really enjoyed seeing him. I would give him 5 stars, but I'm really upset at the lack of compassion and sympathy that the office displayed around a policy that was never even explained to me."

"I highly recommend Grand Wellness! If you are looking for an acupuncturist, I've had a wonderful experience here. I absolutely love both Vikki and Dr. Jean-Marie. Both of them are equally amazing. I can tell that they both truly care about their patients, and I leave every appointment feeling great and like my cup is full. The receptionists are also very sweet and helpful, and make sure everything is squared away with insurance while keeping you in the loop. 10/10 recommend going to Grand Wellness!"

Each seems to have their own focus and they’re very good at what they do. There seems to be this very caring and compassionate energy within this this group, even the women working the front desk are just lovely.
