Following orthopedic surgery, our licensed physical therapists will provide one to four home visits within 24 to 48 hours post-hospital discharge. Patients will then seamlessly transition to our nearest outpatient clinic for further physical therapy sessions. However, anyone considering home care should keep in mind that this might not be the best option for you, because you won't have access to the equipment that is available in the clinic and there won't be any PT assistants to guide you through the exercises."
