"I am not a big fan of needles and always have some anxiety about blood work. I have to leave a review because the two ladies working here are absolute professionals at drawing blood. I’ve gone here two times now and it is an absolute breeze. I was in and out in literally 4 minutes, and I didn’t feel anything."
"I had a stat order that needed to get done and my test results never came to me. There weren’t even pending orders showing on the MyQuest app. If you have important lab work that needs to get done I would not trust this facility. Trying to get a hold of anyone for confirmation is also impossible. The phone is automated, you can send a message online that will take days to get a response and the chat is AI. 0 stars. Don’t spend your money here."
"OMG, the 2 female nurses i had today were the best ever. I could not pee because i had went before i left my house. They were so great making me feel comfortable about this and kept saying take my time. They were great!!"
"Ms. Renee was fantastic. I told them I get a little nauseated at times with draws, they kept me distracted and comfortable the entire time. Draw was done before I could count to 10."
"Absolutely horrible. Failed to deliver my test results to potential employer and impossible to get ahold of anyone. If you're employer sends you to Quest Diagnostics, start looking for another job. You will be waiting forever. Seriously, dont even waste the time driving out there. You will NOT get any results."
