"I brought my son here for a knee issue he had been dealing with for a couple years (Osgood-Schlatter disease). He had been to OAM twice, and the advice there after each cursory exam was to “just wait it out” and deal with the pain and physical limitations for a few months or a few years. At our first visit to Northern Physical Therapy, the physical therapist thoroughly assessed his knee, his gait, his flexibility, and the resulting limitations. She also assessed a recent groin pull. She then walked him through a number of stretches and exercises (many of which I had never seen). As a teenager, I expected him to be dismissive of the process because the gains wouldn’t be immediate. Instead he’s really taken to the sessions. He’s been going twice each week for the past 5 weeks, and with him routinely performing his customized stretching and warmup routine at home and at wrestling practice, we’ve seen a ton of improvement. I highly recommend this place."
