"Dr Schneider is knowledgeable and caring. His nurses can draw blood without hurting you. They get you in fast and the doc takes his time and listens. If you need medical advice, I recommend you pay him a visit. He cares about people and not just money."

"They do NOT care if you have a recurring health issue, it still takes over 24 hours and 3 phone calls to get them to even forward the message to the physician. Still waiting in pain for a prescription to be called into a pharmacy! No compassion towards humans suffering. They want us to go to the Emergency room to get a Medication that will help my husbands condition that our doctor has prescribed in the resent past. Spend more money, get less help. Why go to another Doctor, take more patients slots away from other people when we already have a diagnosis and a cure, JUST PRESCRIBE THE MEDICATION TO THE PHARMACY!"

"This office uses a third party for billing and they are awful! They are incapable of doing their jobs. I have had to call them 4 times and counting, some of those times with an agent from my insurance to get them to bill insurance and not threaten me with collection for services I have covered that they continually bill wrong! Because of their third party billing I will be finding new providers for my family and will not use any other mercy affiliate! Shameful!!! Do better."
