"If you’re looking for the worst office ever, you’re a winner! I’ve been a patient for over 10 years and nothing has improved even slightly. The front desk ladies are forever miserable, rude, loosing information, etc. Moving onto the doctors well Dr. Johnson is the head Doctor here, he does not have any respect or genuine care for his patients at all. Strictly by the book and unconcerned about each patient’s individual case and needs. The head nurse Becky, if you can EVER get ahold of her will be extremely rude and condescending although she doesn’t answer the phone or call back (years or proof) so you might get lucky and dodge her but you also won’t receive your refills, get any answers, etc. The wait time, well get comfy. Even for the smallest visit of a check up or Med review you WILL be here for 1-2 1/2 hours EVERY time. They rush the patients, fail to follow all proper procedures, skip steps, mislabel or mis-order tests, scripts, medical records etc. The counseling upstairs is also a huge joke, waste of time and money. there’s definitely more that can be discussed and proven but overall they all just want to be paid and keep their medical license. This is Not a place of care at all.."

"Very unprofessional. Misdiagnosed my newborn after a not even 10 minute evaluation. At the advice of the doctor we rushed to devos children's E.R. only to be told our son just had a very stuffy nose that they sucked out and sent us on our way...when to Rockford Pediatrics the next day and had a very different and much more positive experience."

"These people literally saved my mouth 4 teeth that would have been lost (2013-2015). I just wish they had refereed my son to pediatrics at white cloud a bit sooner. I know pediatric care is different and many clinics aren't able to serve some pediatric care. If yourself, or your child is over the age of 8 This is a wonderful place to go. They literally built a care plan, saved so many viable teeth. When I went through an era of lack of care 2009-2013. I saw them in 2013-Present. They saved 3 teeth on my wife also. They just really need to refer the little ones to the white cloud office. Pediatric care is hard I understand. I hope this feedback helps them serve the community as well as others looking for care."
