"Dr Val presented a state mandated work place wellness and injury prevention seminar at my job. She was professional, caring and very detail orientated. She taught us proper posture for walking, sitting, and lifting. She also demonstrated several stretches we could do on our own to strengthen both core and lower back muscles.
