"If I could give 0 stars I would. This place has really gone down hill. If you have any other reliable place to go to, even if it is a drive, don’t even waste your time here. They will Cancel and reschedule you every time your appointment gets close. My husband’s had an *emergency* appointment for almost a year now, which, if they have already canceled and rescheduled before. Yesterday he got a text (!on a workday!) saying if he didn’t reply to the text by noon, they were going to cancel his *emergency* appointment, That was still a full week out!! My husband saw the text 10 minute after 12 and called to confirm his appointment. But they had already given his slot to somebody else and moved his appointment for months later saying there’s nothing they can do. Management was no help because honestly they don’t care about the patients as long as they’re getting their money from somewhere *Patient abandonment for sure*"
