"All I did was get jerked around for 2 years to end up with nothing fixed at all. Leah doesnt listen to any of her patients at all. Told her I was ripping the Cpap off my head everynight because its suffocating me. Also I needed to see an ENT first because I was a bad BMX wreck that damaged my air ways. So of course she didnt listen. Shes going off numbers from a poorly done sleep study. Of course get no where with her so we left and went to the ENT. ENT said my air ways were still damaged and thats why i have sleep apnea. He said we got to fix that before you use a cpap and thats why you are getting suffocated with one. SO ANYONE USING MUSKEGONS SLEEP CENTER, STAY AWAY FROM LEAH, SHE DONT LISTEN AT ALL AND WAS CLEARLY WRONG ABOUT MY SLEEP APNEA."

"They’ve canceled on me twice. I understand that things happen but they should have people in place to handle appointments when they can’t be there. Every single time I’ve called to have something done the lady at the front desk has been incredibly rude and unhelpful. She shouldn’t be dealing with people. It’s always been a battle to get things done with her. Edit (7/6/22) Called again and spoke with Summer and once again was treated like a second class citizen. The ladies at reception have built a culture of treating patients like garbage. Edit (09/01/22) Called once again regarding my non compliance with my CPAP. During initial setup I was told I had to wear it ONCE for a period of 4 hours. That seemed weird to me so I questioned it and was told the same thing again. Okay. Cool. So, admittedly, I didn’t wear it for the first couple months like I should have. Went to my compliance meeting and was told I was supposed to wear it for 4 hours 21 of 30 days. First time hearing this. So I get in compliance. Receive a letter to return the machine due to noncompliance. I called and asked what my options were. And once again I was met with attitude. The folks at this sleep center need some retraining. I had ONE good experience. And that was with the office manager. She even told me the receptionists all have attitude problems. They need a new group of people who want to help people."
